You can survive days without food. You can't survive more than a few minutes without oxygen. That's how important your lungs are.

Digital guides · Not a box of tea

Cigarettes. Traffic. Generator smoke. Harmattan dust.
My lungs were taking all of it. So I asked Iya Raimo Alagbo for help.

She gave me one herb and showed me how to prepare it. These three guides are everything she taught me. The herbs, what to ask for in the market, the measurements, the method. Nigerian markets, your own kitchen.

In his own words

How a woman in Ajuwon changed the way I start my mornings

My name is Keji OD. I grew up in a humble home here in Nigeria. After secondary school I relocated to the United Kingdom, and coming from sunny Nigeria, that first winter was something I was completely unprepared for. The cold was very difficult for me.

During school breaks, many of my classmates would go outside to smoke. They were my friends, so eventually I joined them. What started as something casual became a habit.

Over time I noticed I was constantly clearing my throat. My chest sometimes felt tight. I coughed often. And I did not feel I could breathe as deeply as I wanted to.

Back home, my mother had been buying traditional herbs for years from a woman called Iya Raimo Alagbo, in Ajuwon, Akute. So I explained to Iya Raimo exactly what I was experiencing.

She gave me one particular natural herb, and told me what to do with it: pound it, put it in a cup, pour hot water over it, and drink it as tea.

A traditional herb seller at her stall in a Nigerian market, surrounded by fresh leaves, roots and bark
The herbs in these guides are bought the same way. Loose, fresh, from a seller who knows them by name. Illustrative image.
After drinking it, my throat felt clearer. I drank two cups that day. The next morning my nose and chest did not feel as stuffy, my nostrils felt clearer, and I could breathe more comfortably.

Over time, Iya Raimo shared other herbs and preparation methods with me. What I liked most is that these herbs are available in Nigerian markets. You know exactly what you are buying and exactly what you are putting into your body.

I am a busy professional with a 9-to-5 job. I do not have the time to manufacture and package tea, and I have no interest in doing so. But instead of keeping this knowledge to myself, I decided to document it properly: what to buy, where to find it, the measurements to use, and how to prepare it at home.

That is what these three books are.

Before you buy, know this

These are short books. That is the point.

Each book covers one or two herbs. Sometimes a combination drink. That is all it needs to cover.

I am not trying to turn you into a herbalist. You will not learn fifty plants, their botanical history or how to treat other people. That is Iya Raimo's work, not mine and not yours.

You will learn what to ask for in the market, how much to use, how to prepare it, and then you will go and make it. You could read all three in one evening.

Every herb is photographed. You are not standing at a stall guessing, or trusting that the name you were given means the same thing in that market. You look at the picture, you look at the tray, you buy.

You are paying for the herbs and the method. Not for how many pages are in the book.

The difference

THIS IS NOT
30 TEA BAGS

This is forever tea to drink as many times as you want without breaking the bank and yet extremely effective. Think about it well. A box of tea has 30 bags inside. You drink one every day. After 30 days the box is empty.

Now you must go and buy another box. Then that one finishes too. Then you buy again. Every month, the same money leaves your pocket.

These books are not a box of tea. Nothing here finishes.

You learnWhat herbs to buy
You learnWhere to find them
You learnHow much to use
You learnHow to prepare them
You learnHow to make it fresh, whenever you need it

Thirty tea bags finish.
Knowledge stays with you.

Once you know the herbs and how to prepare them, nobody can take that away from you. You can make the tea again and again, for as long as you want.

Let us do the maths

Buy tea in a box and you will buy it again. Buy this book and you buy it one time only.

Let us look at the two options side by side, using the real prices these teas are selling for online today.

On the left is what happens when you buy tea in a box. On the right is what happens when you buy the books.

The difference in figures

Three boxes at ₦21,500₦64,500
Three e-books, one payment₦9,999
Potential difference₦54,501

Split across the three books, that is about ₦3,333 each.
You have spent more than that on shawarma this week. And the shawarma is already finished.

The herbs are a separate cost. At Oyingbo market, a batch that lasts about a week costs around ₦1,000. That is roughly ₦4,000 a month, against ₦21,500 for one box of 30 bags.

Herb prices vary by market, season and quantity, and the ₦1,000 figure is what Keji pays in Lagos. Prices shown for packaged teas are examples advertised publicly online and may change. This comparison is about what you receive for your money, not a criticism of any seller.

What it actually looks like

One cup. That is the whole routine.

You buy the herbs once. You prepare a cup when you want one. Morning, evening, whenever it suits you.

Before you decide

Questions people ask

No. This is a digital e-book collection. You will learn which herbs to buy and how to prepare them yourself.
You receive instant digital access after successful payment.
The guide focuses on natural herbs that may be available in Nigerian markets, although availability and local names may vary by location.
Each guide includes clear photographs of the herb alongside the name, so you can match what you see on the stall to what is in the book. Local names for the same plant can differ from market to market, which is exactly why the pictures are there. If what you are shown does not match the photograph, do not buy it.
Some people notice small changes in the first few days. Some notice nothing at all. Everyone's body responds differently, and neither response means the tea is or is not working for you. If anything feels wrong, or if a change is painful, persistent or getting worse, stop drinking it and see a doctor. Do not push through something your body is telling you about.
No. Former smokers, and people interested in traditional respiratory wellness routines generally, may also find the information useful.
At Oyingbo market in Lagos, about ₦1,000 buys a batch that lasts roughly one week. That works out to somewhere near ₦4,000 a month. Prices differ from market to market and change with the season, so treat that as a guide rather than a fixed rate.
No, and there is nothing to deliver. This is a digital product, so there is no parcel, no rider and no waiting. You pay, and you get the books immediately. What protects you instead is the 30-day guarantee: if the books do not give you the practical knowledge promised, email IyaRaimoAlagbo@gmail.com and ask for your money back.
Three PDF files. You download them straight after payment and they are yours to keep. They open on any phone, tablet or laptop with no special app, and once downloaded you can read them offline, which matters when you are standing at a market stall checking the herb against the photograph. You can print them if you prefer paper.
No. These are leaves, roots and bark that you buy openly in a Nigerian market, in daylight, from a trader, the same way you buy pepper or ginger. There is nothing spiritual involved, nothing to recite, nothing hidden. It is food and plants, prepared with hot water.
It is peppery rather than bitter. Most people find it warm and easy to drink, not the harsh bitter taste people expect from herbs.
Yes. These are common herbs found in local markets across Nigeria, not rare items you must travel for. What changes from place to place is the local name, which is exactly why every herb is photographed in the guides. You show the picture or match it yourself at the stall.
No. The books make no claim to cure or treat lung disease. They share Keji's personal routine and traditional herbal preparation information, and nothing more than that.
The tea should not be treated as protection against the harm caused by smoking. Reducing or stopping smoking is the safer health decision, and no herbal preparation changes that.
Yes. Read the books, follow the preparation instructions, and if within 30 days you genuinely believe the collection did not provide the practical knowledge and value promised, contact us and request a refund. The guarantee covers the value of the educational material. It does not guarantee a medical or physical result.
The full collection of three e-books costs ₦9,999 as a one-time payment. That is the launch price, held for a short window while you are on this page. The standard price is ₦15,000. You pay once and the books are yours to keep.
